With the festive season upon us, I thought I’d let you know that we’ll be on line throughout the holiday season however, our reply times will vary as our families enjoy some time with us. For those of you who have an urgent matter, the best way to get a response is via the support ticket system, which is accessed by all of us. Individual contact to either John or Myself might not get the quickest response during Christmas.
