Following dgm entering administration four weeks ago, we have been unsure of the best way to handle their merchants within ECU. So our recommendation was for our members to make their own commercial decision on whether to continue to promote their merchants.
However following the turning off of their tracking software and formal notification, we have been left with no doubt that the company will not be able to trade out of their administration and no buyer will be found, so we have taken the decision to remove all products from all merchants through the dgm Network.
You will now receive an out of stock email for units with their products in, and you can replace any that you would like to, or remove them altogether.
Those that decide to show products even if out of stock will have to manually remove their products as they will not show in the reports. You can do this from the ‘My Merchants’ page.
We are sorry for any manual work you need to undertake,but for the vast majority of members this will be taken care of by our system.
